Valentine's Lasagna

  Lasagna and Manicotti video had a mis-hap and it was 25 minutes long because it someone recorded 6 times on the video so here's the base recipes for making my lasagna. Lasagna with "Pink Sauce" Ingredients: 8 oz low fat cottage cheese 16 oz low moisture ricotta cheese 4 oz feta cheese (I used roasted pepper feta cheese spread from Thrive Market) 4 oz softened cream cheese 8 oz finely shredded cheese of your choice 1/2 TBS each: salt, pepper, dried parsley, dried rosemary, dried thyme, Italian season Directions: Mix until cheese and seasonings are well combined then taste for and add any additional spices or seasonings desired. 12-16 oz lasagna noodles prepared to al dente with 1 TBS salt in water and 1 TBS olive oil. Remove from heat but do not dump out of pot. Preheat oven to 400 degrees (F) Remove noodles from one by one from pot with tongs gently to not break them.   3-Ingredient Orange Chicken Ingredients 30   oz   frozen chicken nuggets 1   cup   sweet orange marmalade 1⁄2   cup   barbecue sauce 3   tbsp   Low-sodium soy sauce Optional: Cooked rice and steamed vegetables for serving Directions Bake or air fry the chicken nuggets according to the package instructions. To a small microwave-safe bowl add in the sweet orange marmalade, barbecue sauce, and low sodium soy sauce microwave for 1 minute. Stir well.   Rice Oriental Ingredients: 1 1⁄4 cups rice (I use long grain white rice) 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1/2-1 tsp pepper 1 tsp salt 1 pkt onion soup mix Instructions: Whisk together the onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt and onion soup mix. Pour them into a ziplock bag and seal. Add the rice to your jar and add the bag of seasonings on top of the rice. To Make: Brown and drain 1 pound of ground beef. Add 4 cups of water and the bag of seasonings and mix well. Rinse and drain your rice and then add it to your pot. Add in 1⁄4 cup of low sodium soy sauce. Bring it to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat and let it sit covered for about 10 minutes. I use a 16 oz jar for this recipe. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 year. TACO Ingredients: 4 Tbsp chili powder 2 Tbsp cornstarch 2 Tbsp cumin 2 Tbsp smoked paprika 1 Tbsp salt 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp onion powder 2 tsp oregano 1 tsp pepper 1⁄4 tsp cayenne Instructions: I add 2-3 Tbsp homemade taco seasoning in place of 1 pkt of store bought taco seasoning. Italian Ingredients: 2 Tbsp oregano 1 Tbsp garlic salt 1 Tbsp sugar 1 Tbsp onion powder 1 Tbsp parsley 1 tsp pepper 1⁄4 tsp Italian seasoning Instructions: Whisk everything together in a bowl. Use 2-3 Tbsp in place of 1 pkt of store bought Italian Rib Rub Ingredients: 3⁄4 cup brown sugar, packed 2 Tbsp onion powder 2 Tbsp garlic powder 2 Tbsp Tony’s Creole Seasoning (or your favorite Cajun or Creole seasoning) 3 tsp pepper 2 tsp salt 5 tsp paprika 1⁄2 tsp cumin 1⁄2 tsp chili powder Instructions: Whisk everything together in a bowl.   Dump & Bake Marry Me Chicken Casserole Ingredients 16   oz  dry short pasta 1   lb  cooked, shredded or chopped chicken breast 1   tsp  Italian seasoning 1   tsp  garlic powder 1   tsp  onion powder 8   oz  jar diced sundried tomatoes with the oil 1-2   cups  fresh baby spinach 32   oz  chicken broth 8   oz  block cream cheese 2   cups  shredded mozzarella cheese Instructions Step 1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a lightly sprayed 9 x 13 casserole dish place dry pasta, chicken, seasonings, sun dried tomatoes with oil, spinach, and chicken broth. Give it a slight stir, mainly make sure the noodles are fully covered with the broth. Place block of cream cheese on top. Cover tightly with foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove the foil and give the dish a good stir, at this point if your noodles don't feel like they are cooked to al dente just cover and bake an additional 10 minutes....
