3-Ingredient Orange Chicken

Ingredients

  • 30 oz frozen chicken nuggets

  • 1 cup sweet orange marmalade

  • 1⁄2 cup barbecue sauce

  • 3 tbsp Low-sodium soy sauce

  • Optional: Cooked rice and steamed vegetables for serving

Directions

  • Bake or air fry the chicken nuggets according to the package instructions.
  • To a small microwave-safe bowl add in the sweet orange marmalade, barbecue sauce, and low sodium soy sauce microwave for 1 minute. Stir well.
  • Add the chicken nuggets into a large bowl, add in the orange sauce, and stir to coat. Serve over rice and enjoy!

3 Ingredient Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 lbs chicken tenderloins about 10-12 tenderloins

  • 10-12 slices raw bacon

  • 10-12 thin slices cheddar cheese

  • Dash pepper

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Pat the chicken dry. Sprinkle the chicken with a dash of pepper.
  • Tightly wrap the chicken with 1 piece of cheese and bacon. Place onto the sheet pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken and bacon are cooked through.
  • Flip the chicken over and turn the broil on broil for 2 minutes or until crispy.

3 Ingredient Taco Mac

Ingredients

  • 14 oz box macaroni and cheese (use your favorite box)

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 10 oz can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilis)

  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning

  • Optional Toppings: Guacamole, sour cream, salsa, cheese, onion, and anything else you love!

Directions

  • Make the box of macaroni and cheese according to the package instructions. Set to the side.
  • To a large skillet on the stove over medium high heat add the ground beef, brown the ground beef and cook it through. Remove any excess grease in the pan.
  • Once the ground beef is cooked through add in the taco seasoning, Rotel, and mac and cheese and stir well. Top your plate with your favorite toppings and enjoy

Notes

  • Good substitutes for the ground beef use ground turkey, sausage, or any meat substitute.

One Pot Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground Italian sausage

  • 24 oz jar marinara sauce

  • 12 oz rotini pasta (or any pasta)

  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 3 cups water

Directions

  • Add the Italian sausage to a large pot on the stove and cook it on medium high heat breaking up the sausage until it is cooked through.
  • Once cooked remove any excess grease in the pan
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients. Scrape the flavorful bits off the bottom of the pot. (this will add flavor to your dish)
  • Bring up to a simmer, let simmer stirring occasionally for 18 minutes or until the pasta is tender (if the liquid line gets too low while simmering, add in ½ cup more water at a time until the pasta is tender.
