 CHICKEN POT PIE PASTA INGREDIENTS 2 c egg noodles 1/4 c dehydrated chopped carrots 1/4 c veloute I /4c heavy cream powder I Tbsp chicken bouillon 1/4 tsp dried thyme h c FD corn 1/2 c FD peas 3/4 c FD diced chicken (FD = freeze dried ingredient) Directions ASSEMBLY: 1. Add noodles then carrots to a wide mouth quart mason jar. 2. In a small bowl combine veloute and heavy cream powder, passing cream through a fine mesh strainer. Whisk to combine powders thoroughly and add to jar. 3. Add remaining ingredients to jar in order listed.  For long term storage, add a 200cc oxygen absorber before sealing lid Prepare the meal: 1. Empty jar contents into large skillet. 2. Add 3 c water and mix until everything is moistened and combined. 3. Bring to a simmer over medium high heat. 4. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 8-10 minutes or until noodles are cooked and sauce is thickened.   TWO TIMIN’ PASTA BAKE 1 box penne pasta 1 (15 oz.) jar Alfredo sauce 1 (24oz.) jar Marinara sauce 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese   Cook pasta according to directions and drain.  Mix the sauces together in a large bowl. Add the mozzarella and stir to combine.  Then toss in the penne and toss to coat.   Ingredients    1   cup   whole-milk cottage cheese   I use good culture 6   large   eggs ½   cup   gluten-free all all-purpose flour or wheat flour   I use king arthur gluten free 1-1 measure ¼   cup   whole milk 2   tbsp   avocado oil 1   tbsp   raw honey or maple syrup 1   tsp   pure vanilla extract ¼   tsp   sea salt butter or greasing the pan Get Recipe Ingredients Instructions   In a blender or food processor, add all the ingredients for the crepes and blend on medium speed for about 1 minute. Scrape everything off the sides and blend for 20 more seconds until the batter is completely smooth. Let the batter rest for up to 30 minutes to allow the flour to absorb the liquid. Heat a cast iron griddle pan or skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add a little bit of butter (or oil) and coat the bottom of the pan. Simple Meatloaf with Boxed Stuffing Mix // Julie Pacheco

  Ingredients    1x 2x 3x 1 1/2   lbs   ground beef   I use 80/20 or leaner 1   – 6oz box stove top stuffing   I use savory herbs flavor 2   eggs 3   tbsp   milk 3/4   cup   ketchup   divided 1/4   cup   brown sugar 1   tbsp   Worcestershire sauce Instructions   Preheat oven to  350  °F . In a  large bowl  add the ground beef, stuffing mix, eggs, milk, and 1/4 cup of the ketchup. Mix the ingredients together. To a small mixing bowl combine the remaining ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Grease a bread loaf pan with non-stick spray. Add the meatloaf mixture to the pan and form it into a loaf. Spread the ketchup sauce mixture all over the top of the meatloaf. Bake for 40-60 minutes or until the center of the meatloaf is cooked. Enjoy!

  Ingredients For the meatballs 1 lb ground turkey (or chicken) 1 egg 3/4 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free if needed) 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 to 1 cup Franks Hot Wing Sauce (depending on how spicy you like it!) Yogurt Blue Cheese Dip 1/2 cup plan greek yogurt (I recommend full fat) 1 Tbsp white vinegar 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 Tbsp milk pinch of salt 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese Instructions Preheat oven to 375F. Mix together all of the meatball ingredients except hot sauce. Form into 16 balls (about 2 heaping tablespoons each) and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, just until meatballs are well formed and start to brown. (IF FREEZING - Allow to cool and place in a freezer bag with all air removed. Label with following directions) Place meatballs in the slow cooker. Add buffalo sauce, pouring evenly over meatballs. Cook on low for 2 hours.
