 (2) 12 oz Rotel rinsed out with water into pot (I use Great Value fire-roated tomatoes)

(2) 29 oz tomato sauce both filled with water and swirled around to remove all the goodness from can

(2) 7.3 oz roasted eggplant spread (Mt Vikos brand)

(2) 12 oz tomato paste both filled with water OR bone broth swirled around to get out all goodness

2 TBS each: garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, freeze dried parsley, oregano powder

heat on medium stirring often until smooth and well combined.

taste and add any additional spices and seasonings desired.
