Meal Prep Tip Post//Engagement

πŸ½️ It’s 5 p.m. You’ve got groceries, hungry people, and absolutely no idea what to make. Sound familiar? πŸ˜…

As a mom of three, I know how much goes into answering “What’s for dinner?” You’re working with what’s in the fridge, what fits the budget, and what everyone will actually eat. And somehow the chicken they loved last week is suddenly the chicken they’ve “never liked.”

That’s why I started A Little Dinner Peace. I help busy people with simple meal plans, prep they can do ahead, and affordable meals that fit real life. Whether you’re feeding a houseful or cooking for yourself, I’d love to help you figure out what would make evenings easier in your kitchen. 🧑

Here’s something you can try this week. Cook one protein for two different dinners. Serve roasted chicken with potatoes and green beans one night, then use the leftover chicken in quesadillas the next. If someone prefers their food plain or separated, set a portion aside before you add sauces or seasonings. You’ll already have a head start when dinner rolls around again.

Come join us and tell me where you get stuck. I’d love to help you come up with one meal, one prep shortcut, or one backup dinner for the nights when your plans fall apart.

If I could take ONE dinner headache off your plate this week, what would you hand me first: deciding what to cook, finding time to prep, getting everyone to eat, or tackling the dishes afterward?
