4-Week Meal Planning Challenge

🍂 The Peaceful Champions 4-Week Meal Planning Challenge 🍂

Plan a little. Prep a little. Stress a little less. ❤️

Welcome to our 4-Week Meal Planning Challenge!

I wanted to create something that isn't about making perfect meals or spending your entire Sunday in the kitchen. It's about doing a little planning ahead so that future you has an easier, more peaceful week.

Because I truly believe meal planning is self-care. ❤️

When we know what's for dinner, have the ingredients we need, and prepare a few things ahead of time, we take away some of the daily stress and give ourselves more time for the things that really matter—relaxing, enjoying our families, spending time with friends, and taking care of ourselves.

And we're going to have some fun along the way! 🍲🫖🍎

🌿 WEEK 1

Start Simple

Our goal:

Create a simple weekly meal plan without overwhelming yourself.

📝 Your Sunday Self-Care Challenge

☐ Choose 5 dinners for the week
☐ Check your pantry, refrigerator, and freezer first
☐ Make one grocery list
☐ Wash and chop a few vegetables
☐ Prepare one ingredient ahead of time
☐ Plan for leftovers
☐ Leave one evening open for whatever life brings

🍽️ This week's meal inspiration

Monday: Sheet Pan Chimichurri Chicken
Tuesday: Leftover chicken wraps or salad
Wednesday: Baked Pesto Salmon
Thursday: Leftover salmon salad or salmon cakes
Friday: Clean-Out-the-Fridge Sheet Pan Dinner

❤️ Self-Care Reminder

You don't have to cook something completely different every night.

Leftovers are not a failure—they're future-you taking care of you.

🍎 WEEK 2

Plan for Comfort

This week we're adding some cozy fall flavors while continuing to make dinner easier.

📝 Your Sunday Self-Care Challenge

☐ Choose your meals before grocery shopping
☐ Prep sweet potatoes and vegetables
☐ Wash and slice apples
☐ Portion your proteins
☐ Prepare one sauce or dressing
☐ Set aside containers for leftovers
☐ Pick one night for an easy meal

🍽️ This week's meal inspiration

Monday: Roasted Pork & Apples 🍎
Tuesday: Leftover pork & roasted vegetable salad
Wednesday: Spinach & Feta Chicken
Thursday: Chicken and potato lunch bowls
Friday: Homemade Pizza Night

🫖 Self-Care Moment

After dinner, don't immediately jump into the next chore.

Make yourself a cup of tea or coffee. Sit down. Take a breath.

Give yourself 15 minutes that belong only to you.

🏡 WEEK 3

Cook Once, Enjoy Twice

This week we're focusing on making one meal work harder for you.

📝 Your Sunday Self-Care Challenge

☐ Choose one meal specifically for leftovers
☐ Prep potatoes and vegetables
☐ Chop onions and peppers
☐ Portion meat
☐ Prepare lunch containers
☐ Label leftovers
☐ Plan how you'll use them before they disappear into the refrigerator

🍽️ This week's meal inspiration

Monday: Rosemary-Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Vegetables
Tuesday: Leftover pork sandwiches, wraps or bowls
Wednesday: Roasted Vegetable Frittata
Thursday: Pork Chop Sheet Pan Meal
Friday: Cozy Soup & Sandwich Night

❤️ Self-Care Reminder

Cooking once and getting two meals from it isn't cutting corners.

It's giving yourself time back.

And time is one of the nicest gifts we can give ourselves.

🕯️ WEEK 4

Make Your Week Easier

You've made it to the final week! 🎉

Now we're putting everything together—planning, prepping, leftovers, and a little more breathing room.

📝 Your Sunday Self-Care Challenge

☐ Plan 5 dinners
☐ Choose at least 2 meals that create leftovers
☐ Make your grocery list
☐ Prep vegetables
☐ Wash salad greens
☐ Prepare one sauce or dressing
☐ Portion proteins
☐ Schedule one "No-Cook or Leftover Night"

🍽️ This week's meal inspiration

Tuesday: Leftover Chicken Salad or Wraps
Wednesday: Roasted Vegetable Toasts with White Bean Hummus
Thursday: Vegetable Quesadillas

🌿 Your Final Self-Care Challenge

Take the time you saved through meal planning and use it for yourself.

Take a bath.

Read a book.

Enjoy a cup of tea.

Light your favorite candle.

Call a friend.

Sit outside.

Or simply put your feet up and do absolutely nothing for a little while.

You don't have to earn rest. You deserve it. ❤️

🍂 YOUR PEACEFUL CHAMPION CHECK-IN

At the end of each week, come back and tell us:

✨ What meal was your favorite?
✨ What did you prep ahead?
✨ Did meal planning make your week easier?
✨ What would you do differently next week?
✨ And most importantly—what did you do for YOU?

There are no perfect meal plans here.

There are no perfect weeks.

There is no guilt if you order pizza one night or change the menu completely. 😊

This challenge is simply about finding little ways to make life easier, feeding ourselves and the people we love, and remembering that self-care belongs on our weekly to-do list, too.

❤️ The Peaceful Champions motto:

Plan a little.
Prep a little.
Stress a little less.
Make time for yourself.
And enjoy the people around your table.

🍂🫖🍲🕯️❤️

Now let's get started!

Tell me below: What is the one meal you absolutely want on your menu this week?
