Cheesy Beef & Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb cooked ground beef
2 cups cooked rice
1 can (14–15 oz) tomato sauce
1 cup corn
1–2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper
Optional: paprika or taco seasoning
Mix everything together, transfer to a greased dish, top with cheese, cover, and freeze.
Bake at 375°F for 25–30 min, uncovered, until hot and bubbly.

Chicken & Stuffing Bake
Ingredients:
2–3 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream or milk
1–2 cups mixed veggies
1 box stuffing mix
1 cup chicken broth
Salt & pepper
Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, parsley
Mix everything together, transfer to a greased dish. Mix stuffing with broth, layer on top, cover, and freeze.
Bake covered at 375°F for 25–30 min → uncover, bake 10–15 more until golden.

Chicken Bacon Alfredo Bake
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked pasta
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 slices cooked bacon
1–1.5 cups broccoli
1/2–1 cup mozzarella
Alfredo sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup parmesan
Salt & pepper
Make sauce, mix everything together, transfer to a greased dish, top with mozzarella + bacon, cover, and freeze.
Bake covered at 375°F for 25–30 min → uncover, bake 5–10 more until bubbly.

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1–2 bell peppers, diced
1/2 onion, diced
2–3 cups cooked pasta
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup milk
1–1.5 cups provolone or mozzarella
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper
Mix everything together, transfer to a greased dish, top with cheese, cover, and freeze.
Bake covered at 375°F for 25–30 min → uncover, bake 5–10 more until melted and bubbly.
