Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Ingredients
- 3 lbs chuck roast
- 1 onion thickly sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 4 cups baby carrots cut in half
- 4 medium russet potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
Instructions
Add beef to slow cooker:
- Place half of the sliced onion on the bottom of the slow cooker, then place the roast on top and add the rest of the onions on the roast.
Season beef:
- Add in the gravy mix, ranch mix, Italian mix, beef broth, and vegetables.
Cook roast:
- Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 7 hours or HIGH for 5 hours.
- After cooking time is up enjoy!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 –6 lb chuck roast or tender roast
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 yellow onion diced
- 8 oz brown mushrooms sliced
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 12 oz egg noodles cooked according to package instructions
Instructions
- Season and sear roast; transfer to slow cooker.
- Mix broth, gravy, Worcestershire, and garlic; pour over roast with onion and mushrooms.
- Cook LOW 8 hr / HIGH 5 hr.
- Shred meat, stir in sour cream.
- Serve over noodles or mix together before serving.

Slow Cooker Shredded Beef

Ingredients
- 3-4 lb chuck roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Prepare the Roast: Place the chuck roast into the slow cooker.
- Add the Liquid & Seasoning: Pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.
- Sprinkle the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning over the roast.
- Cook: Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours, or until the beef is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
- Shred the Beef: Once cooked, use two forks to shred the beef directly in the slow cooker.
- Remove any larger fat pieces and stir the beef into the remaining juices for added flavor.
- Serve: Serve the shredded beef over mashed potatoes, rice, or with your favorite side dish.

Slow Cooker Ground Beef
Ingredients
- 3 lbs ground beef any fat percentage
- ¾ cup beef broth
- 1 yellow onion diced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Add Ingredients: Place the ground beef into the slow cooker and break it apart with a spoon or spatula.
- Add the beef broth, diced onion, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and oregano.
- Cook: Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours, or until the beef is fully cooked and no longer pink. Stir occasionally if you're able.
- Drain & Store: Once cooked, use a slotted spoon to remove the beef from the slow cooker and transfer it to a large bowl, leaving the grease behind.

Slow Cooker Beef Teriyaki Ramen
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ red bell pepper sliced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 - 3oz bags instant ramen noodles
- 1 yellow onion diced
- ½ cup water
Sauce:
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 ½ cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
Instructions
- To a skillet on the stove over medium heat add the ground beef in, break the ground beef up and cook it through. Once cooked remove any extra grease in the pan and add the cooked ground beef into a slow cooker.
- Make the sauce: To a small bowl add all of the sauce ingredients in and whisk, add this sauce into the slow cooker.
- Now add in the bell pepper, carrots, and onion stir everything. Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 5 hours OR HIGH for 3 hours.
- 30 minutes before serving add in the ramen noodles and DISCARD the seasonings packets that come with the ramen also add in the water cover with the lid and let cook for 30 minutes or until the ramen is cooked (stirring occasionally) we like to top with green onions sand sesame seeds

Garlic Steak Bites
Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 packet beefy onion soup mix, such as Lipton
- ¾ cup beef broth
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp oregano
- 1 yellow onion cut into large chunks
- 8-9 small to medium-sized russet potatoes cut into bite-sized cubes
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Spray the inside of a large slow cooker with non-stick spray. Add the beef, onion, onion soup mix, broth, minced garlic, and seasonings. Stir well to coat the beef in the seasonings. Add the cubed potatoes and stir to combine. Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 7 hours or HIGH for 5 hours.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese just before serving. Enjoy!

Beef Tips and Gravy (Slow Cooker)
Ingredients
- 3 cubed stew meat
- 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 packet onion soup mix
- 21 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 28 oz can beef broth
Gravy
- 4 Tbs butter
- 6 Tbs all-purpose flour
Instructions
- In the slow cooker whisk the broth, onion soup mix and cream of mushroom.
- Coat the beef cubes in the lemon pepper seasoning.
- Place the meat into the slow cooker and combine with the broth
- Place the lid on the crockpot and cook on low for 7 hours.
Making the gravy
- After the cooking time in a small pot, melt 2 Tbs butter and then add 3 Tbs of all-purpose flour. Mix until smooth.
- Take 1.5 cups of the liquid from the slow cooker and pour into the pot.
- Turn up the heat and whisk until it thickens.
- Pour this back into the slow cooker and give everything a really good stir.
- Serve warm and enjoy over a bed of rice, mashed potatoes or egg noodles!
