Instant Pot White Rice

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups long-grain white rice basmati or jasmine
  •  cups bone broth or water
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil for flavor

Instructions

  • Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  • Add the rice, bone broth, and salt to the Instant Pot. Stir once to combine.
  • Secure the lid and set to High Pressure for 4 minutes.
  • Let the pressure naturally release for 15 minutes before opening.
  • Fluff the rice with a fork and serve warm or store for later use.
