🍕 Pizza Sliders
Ingredients

12 Hawaiian rolls (kept together)

2½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

¾ cup pizza sauce

20 slices deli-style pepperoni

⅓ cup salted butter, melted

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom layer in a baking dish.

Spread pizza sauce evenly over the bread.

Add half of the mozzarella, then pepperoni, then the remaining cheese.

Place the top half of the rolls on.

Mix melted butter, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Brush generously over the tops.

Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove foil and bake 5–8 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Let rest 5 minutes, then slice and serve.

🧀 Crack Chicken Sliders
Ingredients

12 Hawaiian rolls

2½ cups cooked, shredded chicken breast

12 oz cooked bacon, crumbled

2½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

6 oz cream cheese, softened

1 oz ranch seasoning mix

2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp black pepper

⅓ cup chopped green onions

6 tbsp salted butter, melted

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp fresh chopped chives

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Slice rolls in half and place bottoms in baking dish.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch mix, onion powder, and pepper.

Spread mixture over the bread.

Add chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, and green onions.

Place top rolls on.

Brush with melted butter and sprinkle Parmesan and chives on top.

Cover and bake 18 minutes.

Uncover and bake 5–7 minutes until lightly golden.

🥩 Philly Cheesesteak Sliders
Ingredients

12 Hawaiian rolls

1 lb thinly sliced beef steak

2 tbsp olive oil

½ large onion, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

8 slices provolone cheese

3 tbsp butter, melted

2½ tsp concentrated beef stock (or beef bouillon paste)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook steak until browned.

Add onions and bell peppers; cook until soft.

Stir in beef stock for flavor.

Slice rolls and place bottoms in dish.

Layer steak mixture evenly and top with provolone cheese.

Add roll tops and brush with melted butter.

Cover and bake 15 minutes.

Uncover and bake 5 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.

🍔 Big Mac Sliders
Ingredients

12 Hawaiian rolls

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp garlic powder

¼ white onion, finely chopped

6 slices American cheese

Shredded lettuce

Dill pickle slices

Sauce

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp French dressing

1 tbsp sweet pickle relish

1 tsp yellow mustard

1 tsp white vinegar

1 tsp granulated sugar

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Brown ground beef with garlic powder and onion. Drain excess fat.

Slice rolls and place bottoms in baking dish.

Add beef, then American cheese.

Place top rolls on and bake covered for 15 minutes.

Mix all sauce ingredients.

Remove sliders from oven, lift tops, and add lettuce, pickles, and sauce.

Replace tops, slice, and serve immediately.
