Rosalynn Carter's Pimiento Cheese // Southern Living
Ingredients
16 oz. extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (about 4 cups)
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise of your choice
1 (4-oz.) jar diced pimientos, drained
1 Tbsp. grated yellow onion
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
White bread slices or crackers, for serving

Gather ingredients:
Make pimiento cheese:
Mix first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl.
Serve:
Serve on bread or crackers (even to strangers on a plane).
