Ingredients:
-2 cups flour
-3/4 cup water
-3 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil
-1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
-In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, oil, and salt. Stir until a rough dough forms.
-Transfer the dough to a floured surface.
-Knead for 2-3 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and no longer sticky.
-Cut the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a circle.
-Heat a pan or skillet over medium heat.
-Cook each tortilla for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown spots form.
