healthier Pnut butter Bars
Recipe 👇
Peanut butter dough layer:
1/4 cup peanut butter
3 scoops vanilla protein (legion)
1/4 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup oat flour
3 tbs Fairlife milk
Chocolate layer:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 Oz reduced fat cream cheese
3 tbs dark chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
2 tbs cocoa powder
1 scoop chocolate protein
Directions:
In a bowl, mix together peanut butter ingredients. Slowly add in the milk and keep stirring. You may have to add a little more depending on the brand of your ingredients. Once doughy, press into a lined loaf pan and place in the fridge.
In the blender, blend cottage cheese & cream cheese and pour in a bowl. Melt chocolate with coconut oil and mix it in. Stir in cocoa powder & protein powder. Spread over peanut butter and place in the fridge for an hour. Slice into bars & enjoy ☺️ See less
