Chocolate Brownie: Ingredients: -1 cup rolled oats -1/3 cup cocoa powder -1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey) -1/4 cup nut butter -1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce -1 tsp vanilla extract -2 tbsp hemp or flax seeds (optional) Strawberry Coconut: Ingredients: -1 cup almond flour -1/2 cup nut butter -1/4 cup honey or maple syrup -1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed -1/2 tsp vanilla extract -1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional) Classic Energy Balls Ingredients: -1 cup rolled oats -1/2 cup almond flour (or extra oats) -1/2 cup nut butter -1/4 cup honey or maple syrup -1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or raisins -1/4 cup ground flaxseed or chia seeds -1 tsp vanilla extract Instructions for all: -In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. -Roll the mixture into small balls. If they are too sticky place bowl in the fridge for 5-10 minutes to firm them up so it’s easier to roll. -Refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes until they firm up. -Keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
