Chocolate Caramel Protein Blizzard
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened macadamia nut milk (or unsweetened coconut milk)
- 1 scoop Chocolate Equip Protein Powder
- 1 packet Chocolate Caramel LMNT
- 1 teaspoon stevia glycerite
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
- whipped cream
- The Good Chocolate shaved
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients except the ice into the blender and puree until smooth. Add the ice and pulse until the ice is small and the mixture has thickened. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking. Top with whipped cream and The Good Chocolate bar shavings if desired. Best served fresh.
Flourless Pumpkin Spice Cookie Dough
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salted butter at room temperature
- 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
- 2 scoops Further Food Pumpkin Spice Collagen Powder
- 1/4 cup powdered allulose
OPTIONAL:
- 1 bar The Good Chocolate chopped into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon stevia glycerite
Instructions
- Place the butter, Further Food Collagen powders and sweeteners into a large bowl. Use a hand mixer to combine well. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking. Add in chopped chocolate if using and stir well to combine.
- Use a mini ice cream scoop to make 1 inch balls. Place on a baking sheet in the fridge for one hour to set. Or just eat it right out of the bowl! YUM
