1 1/2 cups water warm (not hot) 1 teaspoon sugar 2 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast 4 – 4 1/4 cups AP flour or Gluten-Free AP Flour 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1/3 cup olive oil extra virgin Pork Dumplings 1 package wonton wrappers(12 oz) 1 lb ground pork 1 thumb ginger 2 tsp minced garlic 4 scallion whites, sliced 2 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce 1/2 tsp salt Fill wrappers, fry on each side 1minute, add a splash of water and cover to steam for 4 minutes total Coconut Milk Ginger Jasmine Rice: 2 cups Jasmine Rice 1 14oz can full fat coconut milk 1.5 cups water 3/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger Bring to a simmer and cover for 6-8 minutes, stir once, cover and remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
