Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese // MIJ // Wicked Prepared

 PULLED PORK

MAC & CHEESE

INGREDIENTS

Macaroni & Cheese jar:

2 cups elbow macaroni

2 Tbsp butter powder

2 Tbsp all-purpose flour

2 Tbsp cream cheese powder

1/2 tsp ea onion powder, garlic powder and ground mustard

1 c TL cheese sauce powder

Ic FD shredded cheddar

Pulled pork jar:

1 h cups FD pulled pork

2 tsp worcestershire sauce powder

2 Tbsp granulated brown sugar

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp tomato powder

2 tsp cornstarch

1/2 tsp grill flavor powder

1/3 c ketchup powder

DIRECTIONS

1. For the mac & cheese, add 1 cup macaroni to a wide

mouth quart jar. Add butter powder, flour and cream

cheese powder and shake to settle. Add remaining 1

cup pasta, seasonings, and cheese sauce powder,

shaking again to settle. Place shredded cheese in a

fold top baggie in the top of the jar. Seal with a

200cc oxygen absorber for long term storage.

2. For pulled pork, add all ingredients to a wide mouth

pint jar in the order listed. Seal with a 100cc oxygen

absorber. 

Prepare the meal in a jar:

To prepare meal: remove shredded cheese from jar. Place in a

container with 3 1/2 Tbsp cold water and tumble. Set aside.

Empty pulled pork jar into a small saucepan. Add 11/2 cups

cold water, mix well. Let sit 10 minutes. Bring to a simmer over

medium high heat, then cover, reduce heat and simmer 5-10

minutes or until pork is tender and sauce has thickened,

uncovering after 5 minutes if you want to reduce the liquid.

When pork is ready, set aside.

Empty macaroni jar into a medium saucepan. Add 3 cups cold water and blend well.

Bring to a simmer over medium high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 11-13 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender and sauce has thickened. Remove from heat and stir in refreshed cheese until melted and well combined. Serve macaroni and cheese topped with pulled pork•
