Turkey Swedish Meatballs

Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, nutmeg, parsley, and onion flakes. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
In a large non-stick Dutch oven, brown the meatballs in 1 tablespoon of butter, turning carefully every few minutes to brown all sides.
Add chicken broth and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add white sauce or cream of mushroom soup, stir, and heat.

- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon sugar free ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ ground black pepper
- ½ cup sugar free ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F, line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the butter then add the onion and garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until the onion has softened.
- Remove the onion from heat and set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, almond flour, parmesan cheese, eggs, minced parsley, Italian seasoning, 1 tablespoon of sugar free ketchup, salt and pepper.
- Mix together until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a log on the prepared baking sheet
- Spread with the half cup of sugar free ketchup.
