Casserole Recipes⬇️ 📌Chili Cheese Chicken & Rice Casserole: -1 (10oz) Bah Mahatma Yellow Rice, prepared according to package directions. -4oz Cream cheese, softened -1/2 cup Sour Cream -1 can Chili without Beans -1 1/2 Cups Salsa -4 Cups Cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded or chopped -1/2 tsp chili powder -1/2 tsp Onion Powder 2 Cups shredded cheese. 

***cook rice on stovetop according to package directions. When done, to that same skillet, add cream cheese, sour cream, canned chili, salsa and seasonings. Mix. add chicken and mix again. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes. Until Bubbly and lightly golden brown on top. Enjoy!

 Meat Lovers Pizza Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce spaghetti noodles
  • 1 ½ pound ground beef
  • ½ tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ tablespoon onion powder
  • ½ tablespoon garlic power
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 14 ounces pizza sauce
  • 25 ounces pasta sauce
  • ½ yellow onion diced
  • 1 ½ cup cooked bacon chopped
  • 30 pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring a large pot of water to boil and season water generously with salt. Add spaghetti noodles and cook until al dente. Drain the pasta and mix in a little olive oil to prevent pasta from sticking.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef and diced onions. Brown the meat until no pink is visible then soak up any excess grease using a paper towel. Season with Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix until combined then set aside a small amount of meat for the topping.
  • Add the jar of pizza sauce, pasta sauce, cooked pasta, 1 cup of bacon and 20 pepperoni slices then mix until well combined. Pour pasta mixture into a 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top. Then sprinkle the ground beef you set aside on top and place 10 pepperoni slices on top as well.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is bubbly. Allow to cool for 10 minutes then serve and enjoy!
Chicken Tot Pie Casserole: -1 can Cream of Chicken Soup -1 Cup Sour Cream -1/4 Cup Milk -1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheese -1 can mixed Vegetables, drained -season to taste (i did garlic powder, onion powder and pepper) -3-4 Cups of Cooked Shredded Chicken -32 oz bag Frozen Tater Tots, i did let mine thaw just a bit ***Mix everything except tater tots. Pour into 9x13. Top with Tater Tots. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 min, until everything is heated through and Tater Tots are completely cooked through. Enjoy! 📌Cheeseburger Hashbrown Casserole: -1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef, cooked and seasoned with burger seasoning -8oz Sour Cream -1 can Cream of chicken Soup -Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder and pepper -32 oz bag Diced Hashbrowns -2 Cups Shredded Cheese (topping) -more shredded cheese -1 cup French Fried Onions ***Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Top with burger toppings of choice. I topped ours with shredded lettuce and big mac sauce. (filling): -4 Cups Cooked Shredded Chicken, i used rotisserie chicken -12 can Cream of Chicken soup -1 Cup Cottage Cheese -4 oz Cream Cheese, softened -1/3 Cup Chicken Broth -1/2 tsp Poultry Seasoning -1/2 tsp Garlic Powder -1/4 tsp onion Powder -1/4 tsp Pepper -1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (topping): -6oz Stuffing Mix -2/3 Cup Broth -4 Tbsp Melted Butter ***Combine filling ingredients. Mix. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish. In a med. size bowl, mix together topping ingredients. Sprinkle evenly over the casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35 minutes. Let set 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!📌

Cajun Dirty Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8-oz) box Zatarain’s Dirty Rice
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, chopped
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 (10.5-oz) can Unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup undiluted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 (2.8-oz) can French fried onions

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a large skillet, cook smoked sausage until starting to brown. Add dirty rice mix and water called for on the package. Prepare dirty rice according to package directions.
  • Remove dirty rice and sausage from heat. Stir in cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and parmesan cheese.
  • Spread rice mixture into prepared baking dish. Top casserole with onions.
  • Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, until bubbly.
