Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pint canned beef or ground beef
  • 12 slices cooked crisp bacon
  • oz favorite shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 16 low carb tortilla wraps

On the side or mixed in depending on your preference

  • 0.5 cup diced pickles
  • ketchup to taste
  • mustard to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl mix the canned beef, onions, bacon and additional ingredients of your choice. I prefer to leave the ketchup out of it so I can dunk my roll ups
  • Stuff the tortilla with 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture, roll tightly. Place seam side down in a heated skillet to crisp up and seal the roll up. Turn rollups as needed to crisp all around it.
  • Serve warm with the side of your choice and dipping sauce if you like.
