Home-Made Chocolate Ice Cream

 Chocolate Ice Cream

2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 & 2/3 cups milk of choice
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
In a small pot combine milk and honey. Bring to a simmer and allow to simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. *This is making homemade sweetened condensed milk* (you can sub this step with a 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk). Place cold heavy cream in a large bowl, whip to stiff peaks. Add sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Beat on low speed until incorporated. Transfer into a container/dish, freeze for least 6 hours. Enjoy!
