High Protein Low Carb

 RECIPE:

2 lbs. lean ground beef Salt, pepper, garlic to taste 6 eggs 2 cups egg whites 1 cup cottage cheese 6 oz. Mexican shredded cheese (divided in 6) 12 tbsp. Bacon bits (divided in 6)
1. Cook ground beef and seasoned salt, pepper and garlic.
2. In a bowl mix six eggs, cottage cheese, and 2 cups egg whites. Season with pepper.
3. In 6 glass bowls, divide your meat and egg mixture. Add cheese and bacon bits.
4. hook at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes.
MACROS:530 cal/56g protein/28g fat/2g carb
Sheet Pan Tacos
Stupid simple Sundays are all about food that is tasty but at the same time very approachable. These were absolutely amazing and have some great macros if you’re into that kind of stuff.
In a bowl combine your ground beef, pickled jalapeños, diced onion, chipotle salsa and seasonings. Spread the meat mixture on one half of a low carb tortilla and refried beans on the other. I topped half mine with low fat mozz cheese and the other 3 with queso for a variety. I would stick with the shredded cheese looking back. Cover both sides in olive oil and bake on 425 for 20 minutes. I flipped mine half way through. These were amazing! Love you. 🖤
