Dijon Dill Chicken // Jen Chapin // Freezer Fit

 

INGREDIENTS
MEAL PREP INSTRUCTIONS

1) Prepare a freezer bag label, including name, instructions, and use-by date (I recommend 90 days after prep date).

2) Add all ingredients to a freezer bag, except for cornstarch and dill.

3) Remove air, seal, attach the label, and freeze until ready to cook.

 

Instant Pot Instructions:

-From thawed, transfer ingredients into Instant Pot. 

-Cook on manual/high pressure for 6 minutes. Quick release the pressure.

-Remove chicken and keep warm. Whisk cornstarch and cold water, stir into Instant Pot and cook on saute until thickened. 

-Return chicken to sauce and add fresh dill.

-Season to taste and serve.

 

TIP: Serve with rice or egg noodles, if desired.
