CRACK CHICKEN LASAGNA
You Will Need
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup ranch dressing
9 lasagna noodles (cooked and drained)
1½ cups cooked and crumbled bacon
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1½ cups milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Make the Sauce:
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add milk, whisking until thickened. Stir in cream cheese until smooth, then add ranch dressing and garlic powder. Mix well and remove from heat.
Layer the Lasagna:
Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Layer 3 noodles, ⅓ of the chicken, ⅓ of the bacon, ⅓ of the cheeses, and ⅓ of the sauce.
Repeat layers two more times.
Bake:
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Cool and Serve:
Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley if desired."
