Crockpot Beef Tips and Gravy

Ingredients:

1-2 pounds of beef tips

1 can beef broth

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 pkt onion soup mix

1 pkt brown gravy mix

1 onion, diced

*If it needs thickened, you'll need some cornstarch and water*

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Spray your crockpot with cooking spray. Add in the beef broth, cream soup, onion, onion soup pkt, brown gravy pkt and seasonings. Remember to go easy on the salt because the broth and soup will already have a good amount. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. About 30 mins before it's done, go ahead and check to see if you need to use the cornstarch slurry (this is about 1 tbsp of cornstarch and 1 tbsp of cold water). If needed, add the slurry and then cover and cook on high for about 30 minutes. You can also use steak cut into chunks or beef stew meat for this.

Mississippi Pot Roast

Ingredients:

1 roast

1 pkt ranch seasoning

1 pkt brown gravy mix (or au jus pkt)

1 pkt onion soup mix

pepperoncini...add as many as your taste buds can handle

1 stick of butter

1 tsp pepper

1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions:

Put your roast in the crock pot and sprinkle all the pkts and pepper to the top of the meat. Add the broth to the bottom of the crockpot around the roast. Add the butter and pepperoncini on top of the roast. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. I like to put mine on before bed and let it cook all night on low. Then I get up the next morning and shred it to let all the meat soak in the liquid for a few hours. It will be fall apart tender and fantastic!
