 Sunrise Smoothie in a Jar

(Version 1) ½ c FD strawberries ½ c FD mango ½ c FD vanilla yogurt bites ⅛ c (2T) Instant Milk ½ T chia seed Layer in pint jar. Seal jar with an oxygen absorber for long term storage. To prepare, blend with 1-1 ¼ cup water. Use more or less water to adjust consistency to your liking. (Version 2) ¾ c FD strawberries ¾ c FD mango ¼ c Instant milk ½ T honey crystals ½ T chia seed Layer in pint jar. Seal with oxygen absorber for long term storage. To prepare, blend with 1 ¼ cup water. Use more or less water to adjust consistency to your liking. Cranapple Crisp Smoothie in a Jar 1 ½ c FD cinnamon apple slices ⅛ c FD cranberries ¼ c Instant milk ⅛ c quick oats ½ tsp cinnamon 1 smidgen nutmeg ½ T granulated brown sugar ½ T chia seed Layer in pint jar. Seal with oxygen absorber for long term storage. To prepare, blend with 1 ¼ cup water. Use more or less water to adjust consistency to your liking. Blackberry chia pudding ⅓ c coconut milk powder ⅛ c chia seed 1 T honey crystals ⅛ c FD Blackberries Layer ingredients in wide-mouth half-pint jar. Seal with oxygen absorber for longer term storage. To prepare, fill jar with water. Whisk unitl all ingredients are combined. Let sit 15 mins, then whisk again. Replace lid and let sit in fridge 2-3 hours or overnight.
