1 cup long grain dry rice (I used parboiled)
1/2 cup Fideo pasta OR spaghetti broken into small pieces SEASONING PACK: 4 tsp chicken bouillon 1 tsp dried parsley 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning 1/8 (or a dash or omit) garlic powder To make dish: 1. Melt 2 TBS butter, add rice/pasta mix. Cook on stovetop until lightly brown in skillet. 2. Add 2-3/4 cups watr and seasoning pack. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cover. 3. Cook 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until water is absorbed.
