 ONION SOUP MIX:

1 cup minced onion flakes 1/2 cup powdered beef bouillon 2 tsp onion powder 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp parsley 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp celery seed 1 tsp pepper salt to taste RANCH SEASONING: 8 tsp garlic powder 4 tsp onion powder 3 tsp dried dill 3 tsp parsley 3 tsp dried chives 2 tsp salt 1/2 cup buttermilk powder ITALIAN DRESSING SEASONING: 2 tbsp oregano 1 tbsp garlic salt 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp parsley 1 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning RIB RUB: 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed 2 tbsp onion powder 2 tbsp garlic powder 2 tbsp Tony's Creole Seasoning (or your favorite) 3 tsp pepper 2 tsp salt 5 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp chili powder

BROWN GRAVY MIX: 3 cups all purpose flour 3/4 cup beef bouillon powder 2 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp black pepper 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp paprika To Make It: Melt 2 tbsp butter in a small pot. Whisk in 2 tbsp gravy mix and cook for about 2 minutes stirring constantly. Slowly add 1 cup water and whisk to keep from clumping. Bring just to a boil. It will thicken as it heats. WHITE GRAVY/MILK GRAVY/COUNTRY GRAVY: 4 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 1/2 cups powdered milk 1/3 cup onion powder 2-3 tbsp black pepper 1 tbsp (or more) salt 2 tsp garlic powder To Make It: Add 1 cup of milk and 1/4 cup gravy mix to a pot. Whisk as it heats, until it thickens. BOUILLON: 2 cups nutritional yeast flakes 1-2 tbsp salt 2 tbsp minced onion 2 tbsp dill weed 2 tbsp parsley flakes 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp turmeric 2 tsp basil 1 tsp celery seed To Make It: Mix 2 tsp bouillon mix with 1 cup boiling water.

Fajita Seasoning
Ingredients: 4 tsp chili powder 2 tsp cumin 1⁄2 tsp cayenne 2 tsp sugar 3⁄4 tsp salt 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder Instructions: Whisk everything together in a bowl. Use according to your taste or the amount called for in your recipe. This is enough 2 batches of fajitas. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 year.

Au Jus
Ingredients: 4 Tbsp beef bouillon 4 Tbsp cornstarch 4 tsp onion powder 2 tsp parsley 2 tsp garlic powder 1⁄2 tsp pepper Instructions: I blend mine in my high speed blender just to make it a finer powder. Add 2 Tbsp of mix with 2 cups of water to a pot and simmer for 4-5 minutes or until it slightly thickens.

Beef Stew Mix
Ingredients: 1 cup all purpose flour 3 Tbsp onion powder 3 Tbsp beef bouillon powder 2 Tbsp garlic powder 2 Tbsp paprika 1 Tbsp celery seed 1 Tbsp parsley 1 Tbsp salt 2 tsp oregano 2 tsp pepper 1 tsp basil 1⁄2 tsp thyme 1⁄2 tsp cayenne Instructions: Whisk everything together in a bowl. Add 1⁄4 cup of mix to 1 pot of beef stew or other dish.

Seasoned Salt
Ingredients: 2 Tbsp salt 1 Tbsp paprika 1 1⁄2 tsp sugar 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp turmeric Instructions: Whisk everything together in a bowl. Use according to your taste or the amount called for in your recipe. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 year.

Chili Seasoning
Ingredients: 1⁄4 cup brown sugar 6 Tbsp chili powder 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp cumin 1⁄2 tsp cayenne 1 1⁄2 tsp salt Instructions: Whisk everything together in a bowl. This is enough seasoning for 2 pots of chili. Use half the container for 1 pot. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 year.
