Chicken Fajitas

3/4 c onion slices 3/4 c red bell peppers 1 1/2 c seasoned chicken slices 3 tbsp green chili peppers 1/2 tsp Chef's Choice seasoning blend (or your preference) 1 tbsp chicken gravy 1 tbsp garlic powder (or your preference) 1/2 tsp cumin (or your preference) 1/2 chili powder (or your preference) 2 c water To cook: Melt 2 tbsp butter. Add onion slices, red bell peppers & chicken slices. Toast lightly. Add spices packet and 2 cups water and simmer until water is almost reduced. Sprinkle in gravy while stirring and then if desired and available may add 1 tsp lime juice. Mix should be slightly saucy. Allow to cook an additional minute and service with tortillas or rice and additional toppings as desired. Chicken Pasta Skillet 1 c seasoned chicken slices 1/2 c red bell peppers 1/2 c onion slices 1/2 c sweet corn 2 tbsp green chili peppers 1/4 c instant black beans 1 tsp chef's choice seasoning blend (or your preference) 1/2 c chicken gravy 1 tbsp garlic powder (or your preference) 1 tsp chili powder (or your preference) 1 tsp cumin (or your preference) 3 1/2 c water Optional: cholula hot sauce, 1/2 c sour cream, cilantro, lime juice - when done To cook: Cook pasta in boiling salted water in a medium past. Once done, drain and set aside. While pasta is cooking add chicken slices, red bell peppers, onion slices, corn, chili peppers & instant black beans to skillet with 1 tbsp butter. Add 3 ½ cups water and packet with seasonings and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 15 – 20 minutes covered or until beans are cooked. Once cooked, add in the gravy packet and (1 tsp hot sauce if preferred) simmer 1 – 2 minutes while stirring. Alternative additions: At this point you may fold in ½ cup sour cream and 1 tbsp lime juice. Add in cooked pasta and cilantro (if available) and mix together. Serve.
