  Mountain Man Breakfast Bake Meal-in-a-jar **All items are FD unless noted *D* for dehydrated 1 c. freeze dried potato dices ¾ c. freeze dried sausage crumbles ½ c. freeze dried shredded cheddar ¼ c. dehydrated mixed bell pepper 2 Tbsp. freeze dried chopped onion 2 Tbsp. freeze dried green chilis 1 tsp. garlic salt ½ tsp. black pepper 2 Tbsp. instant milk 1 c. scrambled egg powder Layer ingredients in a wide mouth quart mason jar in order listed. For long term storage, add a 200cc oxygen absorber to the jar before sealing. To prepare the meal: Empty jar into a large bowl and add 3 cups cold water. Mix until well combined; then let sit 10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat oven to 325 and grease an 8” square baking dish. When 10 minutes are up, pour mixture into prepared pan and bake 35-40 minutes or until done an set in the center.

 Easy Cheesy Calzone  Ingredients:1 Pizza Crust Mix, plus ingredients to prepare. ½ cup (125 mL) ricotta  ⅓ cup (75 mL) pizza sauce ½ cup (125 mL) grated mozzarella cheese Optional fillings: pepperoni, sausage, veggies, etc.  Directions: 1. Set the Deluxe Air Fryer & Oven to CONV BAKE at 400° F (205° C) for 24 minutes. 2. Prepare the Pizza Crust according to package directions.  Roll half of prepared pizza crust into a 12” (30.5 cm) circle.  Place the dough into the Half Pie Pan with half of the dough draping over the straight side. Fill the crust with the ricotta, sauce, mozzarella, and your favorite toppings. Fold the crust over and crimp the edges.  3. Place the pan in the oven (on the Wire Rack) and press START. 4. Rotate halfway through cooking and tent with foil if the calzone is browning too quickly Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving

 "Fancy" Chicken with Garlic Alfredo / April 25,2025 42 oz GV Alfredo Sauce (2) 22 oz jars - 2 oz 2 cups water + water from each jar filled half way and shaken to get all good out (4 C total) 1 TBS kosher salt, 1TBS onion powder, 2 TBS granulated or minced garlic, 1 TBS pepper Over low heat pour in 6 QT pot, pour all above ingredients into pot and stir until well combined and smooth Bring to a low boil and add 1/2 cup heavy cream or half and half them break up pasta and add to pot. Stir to keep dairy from scorching just for 5-10 minutes until pasta is fully cooked to your preference then turn off heat and stir one more time before allowing the sit for 3-4 minutes and sauce to thicken. The curly ramen pasta adds a bit of dramatic fancy flair.

Crockpot Chicken and Gravy Ingredients: 3-4 large chicken breasts 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 Tbsp chicken bouillon 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp pepper salt to taste 1 cup water Instructions: Add everything into your crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours. Shred chicken and serve. Crockpot Beef Tips and Gravy Ingredients: 1-2 pounds of beef tips 1 can beef broth 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkt onion soup mix 1 pkt brown gravy mix 1 onion, diced *If it needs thickened, you'll need some cornstarch and water* 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Spray your crockpot with cooking spray. Add in the beef broth, cream soup, onion, onion soup  pkt, brown gravy pkt and seasonings. Remember to go easy on the salt because the broth and  soup will already have a good amount.   Mtn. GMA Chicken Fajitas 3/4 c onion slices 3/4 c red bell peppers 1 1/2 c seasoned chicken slices 3 tbsp green chili peppers 1/2 tsp Chef's Choice seasoning blend (or your preference) 1 tbsp chicken gravy 1 tbsp garlic powder (or your preference) 1/2 tsp cumin (or your preference) 1/2 chili powder (or your preference) 2 c water To cook: Melt 2 tbsp butter. Add onion slices, red bell peppers & chicken slices. Toast lightly. Add spices packet and 2 cups water and simmer until water is almost reduced. Sprinkle in gravy while stirring and then if desired and available may add 1 tsp lime juice. Mix should be slightly saucy. Allow to cook an additional minute and service with tortillas or rice and additional toppings as desired.   Vegan Cheesy Bacon Potato Soup Meal In A Jar The Budget Preppers Ingredients    1/2   cup   instant potato flakes 1   tbsp   vegan magic cheese 1   tbsp   plant based milk powder  I used oat but you can use almond or coconut powered milk 2   tbsp   tvp soy crumbles 1/8   tsp   soy sauce powder 1/8   tsp   hickory smoke powder 1/4   tsp   garlic powder 1/4   tsp   salt 1/2   tbsp   freeze dried onion 1 1/2   cups   hot water Instructions   In a small snackie size plastic bag add tvp crumbles along with the soy sauce powder and the hickory smoke powder. Seal and shake to combine. Set aside. In small jelly jar add all other dry ingredients. Place your small plastic bag on the top and seal jar.
