 Greek Yogurt Parfait:

1 cup of Greek yogurt + 1/2 cup berries + 1-2 tbsp nuts Turkey Pepperoni Wrap: 10 turkey pepperoni slices + 1/4 cup motz cheese + 2 tbsp pizza sauce + Mission Carb Wrap Diabetic Chips: 1 ½ cup mozzarella cheese 2 ounces of goat cheese 1 cup of almond flour Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a pan with parchment paper. In a microwave safe bowl, add mozzarella cheese and goat cheese Microwave for 1-2 minutes. Stir. Pour in almond flour. Mix well. Place dough on parchment paper. Flatten out (can use rolling pin). Roll out thin. Using a pizza cutter, cut into triangles. Bake chips for 12-15 minutes. Diabetic Pasta Recipe 2 cans palmini 12 meatballs (make sure if buying for it to be gluten free and low carb) 1 jar Raos ¼ cup mozzarella cheese 4 ounce goat cheese Rinse Palmini. Cook meatballs over low heat in a saucepan. Add palmini. Cook 5-10 minutes. . Add Raos. Cook 5-10 minutes. Add cheese and goat cheese. Cook on low for 5-10 minutes.
