Big Mac" meat
1/3 c each: Mayo, Dijon Mustard, Ketchup, Sweet (or Dill) Relish - mix until fully combined then add 1/2 tspn each: garlic powder, minced onion, Worcestshire Sauce, Soy Sauce stir until fully combined with sauce mix then add 1-2 cups shredded cheese or your preference to bowl and stir until all cheese is fully covered with sauce and seasoning mix then mix into 2 lbs grount meat just until fully combined with meat. This mix can be made into meatballs, loaves, sheets or hamburgers and is delicious. Taco / Mexican Meat Mix: 1/3 cup chopped peppers, 1/3 c diced onions - sauteed until veg no longer translucent Stir in : 1/2 TBS Cumin ; Parsley or Cilantro ; Cayenne Powder ; Garlic Powder ; Onion Powder Then mix until fully combined with 1 -2 cups shredded cheese of your choice Gently by hand mix these into 2 lbs ground meat just until fully incorporated. ** Do NOT overwork your meat or it will become tough ** Make into balls, loaves, patties or a 9 x 13 sheet and bake at 375 for 10 - 15 minutes or until internal temp is 145 degrees
