INGREDIENTS
- 8 slices white bread (1 loaf staled Brioche - cubed if making casserole)
- 3 eggs (1 dozen)
- 1/2 cup 2% milk ( 1 cup flavored creamer)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (1/4 cup media crema)
- 3 Tbs melted butter
- 1 Tbs brown sugar (omit)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (omit)
- 1 tsp vanilla (omit)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- In a mixing bowl, stir eggs, milk, heavy cream, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and butter.
- Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray, pour in your mixture, then place your bread and flip so both sides soak up the mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown. Then flip the bread and bake it for another 10 minutes.
- When done, top with your favorite fruit and whipped cream, and enjoy!
NOTE: If there are leftovers or you want to freeze them, you can toast them in the toaster or air fryer and they are so yummy!
