Baked Sheet Pan French Toast // She's In Her Apron with Adaptations by Gardening Warrior

 INGREDIENTS

  • 8 slices white bread (1 loaf staled Brioche - cubed if making casserole)
  • 3 eggs (1 dozen)
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk ( 1 cup flavored creamer)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (1/4 cup media crema)
  • 3 Tbs melted butter
  • 1 Tbs brown sugar (omit)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (omit)
  • 1 tsp vanilla (omit)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir eggs, milk, heavy cream, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and butter.
  3. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray, pour in your mixture, then place your bread and flip so both sides soak up the mixture.
  4. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown. Then flip the bread and bake it for another 10 minutes.
  5. When done, top with your favorite fruit and whipped cream, and enjoy!

NOTE: If there are leftovers or you want to freeze them, you can toast them in the toaster or air fryer and they are so yummy!
