 Smoked Salmon Spread

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

  • 6 ounces smoked salmon, chopped

  • ¼ cup capers, or to taste

  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion (Optional)

  • 1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh dill

  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream

  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce

  • 3 drops hot pepper sauce

  • 1 squeeze fresh lemon juice

  • Directions

    1. Gather all ingredients. Process cream cheese in a food processor to soften completely. Add smoked salmon, capers, green onion, dill, cream, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and lemon juice. Process the mixture again until creamy and smooth.

    2. Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli 2 Chicken Breasts 1 Small Onion 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 Can Cheddar Cheese Soup (I used the cheese from the #10 can) 16 oz. Broccoli 1 cup of chicken broth (homemade) use what you want or water or milk if you want more creamy Salt & Pepper I also used onion powder and garlic This was the 1st time ever we had made this and really maybe the 1st time I have ever ate it. This is for sure going into rotation and have 3 more meals in the freezer to go into the #hotlogic for Marks lunches. I can see where my homemade cream of mushroom soup would of bumped up the taste of this meal but it was amazing!!

    3. Hot Honey Chili Crunch Dip

    4. Ingredients

      • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
      • ½ cup mayonnaise
      • 1 ½ tablespoons hot honey
      • 1 ½ tablespoons chili crunch
      • ¾ cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
      • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
      •  cup chopped fresh cilantro
      • 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
      • kosher salt and pepper

      Instructions 

      • Place the cream cheese in a bowl and use an electric hand mixer (or a stand mixer) to blend it until creamy. Add in the mayo, hot honey and chili crunch, mixing until combined.
      • Stir in the cheese, green onions, cilantro and lime juice. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, then mix to combine. Taste and season more if desired.
      • Refrigerate for 2 hours, or even overnight. Serve with crackers, chips, pretzels, carrots or celery.
