BACON CHEESEBURGER TATER TOT CASSEROLE 6 slices bacon 1 1/2lb lean ground beef 1 large onion, chopped 1/2 cup ketchup 2 tbsp yellow mustard 2 tbsp dill pickle relish 1/2 tsp Montreal steak grill seasoning 1/4 tsp pepper 6 ounce American cheese loaf, shredded 4 cups frozen potato nuggets 1 Heat oven to 400 F. Spray 2 quart casserole with cooking spray. In 12-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium high heat 5 to 7 mins or until crisp; drain on paper towels. Crumble bacon, set aside. 2. In same skillet, cook beef and onion over medium high heat 5 to 7 mins, stirring occasionally until beef is thoroughly cooked, drain. Stir in ketchup, mustard, dill pickle relish, grill seasoning, pepper 1/2 cup of the cheese. Spoon into casserole dish. Top with potato nuggets. 3. Bake, uncovered 25 minutes or until bubbly around edged and potatoes are golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup cheese and the reserved crumbled bacon. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
