 Cheeseburger & Fries Casserole

6-8 SLICES BREAD or 4 HOT DOG BUNS 3 LB. HAMBURGER 1 LARGE ONION, CHOPPED 2 TSP YELLOW MUSTARD 3 EGGS, BEATEN 1/2 CUP MAYONNAISE 5-6 SHAKES WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE 1 TBSP. STEAK OR HAMBURGER SEASONING 16 OZ GRATED CHEESE 28 OZ. BAG CRINKLE FRIES SALT & PEPPER KETCHUP Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9x2 aluminum baking pan with cooking spray. Brown hamburger and onions with steak seasoning and drain grease. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, eggs, and Worcestershire sauce with a whisk. Arrange bread on the bottom of the baking dish. Top with hamburger and onion. Pour the mayonnaise mixture evenly across the meat. Top with most of the cheese, reserving about ½ cup for later. Top with French fries and salt and pepper them well. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Turn the oven on convection and bake for 15 minutes. If you do not have a convection bake, turn the oven temperature to 450 and bake for 15 more minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and let it sit until cheese melts, then serve in squares.
