  Ingredients â–¢ 1   pound   ground beef   (I used 80/20) â–¢ 2   Tablespoons   salted butter â–¢ 2   cloves   garlic, minced â–¢ 1   Tablespoon   dried minced onion â–¢ ½   teaspoon   black pepper â–¢ 2   Tablespoons   all-purpose flour â–¢ 2   cups   beef broth   (can use low or no sodium) â–¢ 1   Tablespoon   Worcestershire sauce Instructions In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook  1 pound ground beef , breaking it up into crumbles until there is no pink left, 8-10 minutes.
