Garlic Parmesan Tortellini Bake
Preheat oven to 375 (F) Ingredients: 1 qt chicken broth 1 (24-32 oz) jar your choice Alfredo sauce 1 TBS granulated garlic 1 tspn salt 1/2 tspn pepper 1/2 tspn red pepper flakes 1 TBS Italian seasoning 24-36 oz your choice FROZEN tortellini Directions: Mix all of the above ingredients until well combined and add to GREASED 9x13 casserole dish Make sure ALL Tortellini are under the broth/sauce mixture Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until tortellini are soft and fully cooked. Finishing Touches Ingredients AND Directions: Remove cover, add 1 1/2 C grated Parmesan and 1 1/2 - 2 C shredded Parmesan OR mozzarella Return to oven UNCOVERED for additional 15-20 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and browned to your preference. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving with a fresh salad and garlic bread.
