What is this SHED WARS THING? https://youtu.be/02rHdJLOd_w?si=75mPjY3y063NocRm Here are the meals: 1.) New Year's Dinner https://youtu.be/fcBfnm6SaGI 2.) New Year's Left-overs https://youtu.be/HlT2qR1-NXs 3.) Italian Meat Wraps 8 burrito-sized tortillas 1 c of your favorite salad dressing, marinade, mayo-whatever you wish to dress your wrap 1/4 LB each: dry salami, pepperoni, rare roast beef, Dark Forest ham 1 1/2 - 2 LBS freshly shredded cheese of your choice. any green leafy items, onion, peppers you like I prefer to put a small sprinkling of the shredded cheese next to the wrap .Next, assemble the meats with largest next to wrap going smaller and smaller in size to the the inside. Then add any larger vegetables (such as lettuce, spinach or kale) on top of the meat with smaller sliced or diced vegetables inside. Next, I lightly drizzle the dressing inside topped with more shredded or sliced cheese. At this point, you can either wrap loosely like a burrito, tightly like a taquito or just fold the wrap over to look like a taco. Enjoy! 4.) BBQ Pork Mac N Cheese Prepare 2 boxes (or a 1 LB box) of your favorite pasta (I used Great Value Mac & Cheese) Drain pasta water and add 1 TBS butter, 1 C shredded cheese OR Velveeta and 1 C milk to pot with pasta and 1-2 C browned or cooked meat (I used BBQ pork left-overs) and return to heat on low-medium. Stir all ingredients until cheese is melted and meat is heated through then serve! Quick home-made "Hamburger Helper" 5.) Chocolate Cherry Crunch To a 9x9 GREASED microwave safe casserole-type dish, add 21-22 oz cherry pie filling. Next, evenly spoon out the contents of small chocolate cake mix. (*Optional - add 2 TBS brown sugar all over top of cake mix. This adds extra crunchiness) Lastly, drizzle evenly 1/2 - 3/4 C MELTED UNSALTED BUTTER all over top. DO NOT spread butter with anything Now place in microwave and micro on medium for 15 minutes before checking. It is done when bubble cherry bottom comes up slightly through the top layer of cake and all melted butter is slightly foamy on top of cake. Allow to set for approximately 5-7 minutes before cutting in, serving and enjoying with ice cream, evaporated milk, whipped cream-whatever you prefer! 6.) Cheesy BBQ Pork Sliders 12 Hawaiian-style rolls (this is what we prefer) 1/3 C slider sauce 1 1/2 - 2 C shredded cheese (we used colby cheese) 2 C bbq pork (or BBQ meat of your choice) Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F) Slice rolls open for sandwiches Lay bottoms flat on non-stick cookie sheet Spoon BBQ sauced meat onto rolls Cover with shredded cheese of your choice Drizzle with additional BBQ sauce if desired Place tops of rolls onto sandwiches and brush with melted slider sauce Place uncovered in preheated oven for 10 minutes to melt cheese then check every 5 minutes until rolls are cooked to your preference. Remove from oven and allow to set 3-4 minutes before removing from pan. Do not allow to cool significantly or your sliders will stick to sheet pan. Serve with tater tots, baked beans or whatever you choose for a vegetable. Our preferred "Slider Sauce" 1/2 C salted melted butter 1 tspn each: garlic powder, onion powder, ground pepper, smoked paprika, poppy seeds 7.) Honey Mustard Meatballs and Mashed Potatoes with seasoned crinkled carrots I drenched 3 C already made Italian-style meatballs with 1 C honey mustard sauce in a microwave - safe bowl and microwaved for 5 minutes, stirring at 2 1/2 minutes. I then microwaved mashed potatoes made day before with additional 1/4 salted butter, 1 TBS EACH: garlic powder, onion powder, ground black pepper and 1/3 C milk. Mix well to fully blend milk, butter and all seasonings into already cooked mashed potatoes and microwave until all is well-married. Place on plate and pour desired amount of cooked hot meatballs and sauce over your mashed potatoes (or starch of your choice) Add cooked heated veggie of your choosing and voila-upgraded left-overs. ENJOY!
