Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 loaf French bread cubed
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 9x13 foil tray or freezer safe casserole dish

Instructions

Assembly instructions:

  • Cube French bread in 1-inch cubes and place in a greased 9x13 foil tray or casserole dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk eggs, cream, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Pour over the bread.
  • Sprinkle the berries on top. Cover with two layers of aluminum foil. Freeze.

Cooking instructions:

  • Thaw. Bake covered for 45-60 minutes at 350°.
  • Serve with syrup and whipped cream.
