Mixed Berry French Toast Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 3/4 cups heavy cream
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 loaf French bread cubed
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 9x13 foil tray or freezer safe casserole dish
Instructions
Assembly instructions:
- Cube French bread in 1-inch cubes and place in a greased 9x13 foil tray or casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, cream, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Pour over the bread.
- Sprinkle the berries on top. Cover with two layers of aluminum foil. Freeze.
Cooking instructions:
- Thaw. Bake covered for 45-60 minutes at 350°.
- Serve with syrup and whipped cream.
