 Bacon Cream Cheese Crescent Bites:

-1 (8oz) can crescent rolls -4 oz Cream Cheese, softened -1/2 lb. Bacon, cooked and crumbled ***Bake at 375 for 9-12 minutes. or until golden brown

Warm Pimiento Cheese Dip

ngredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) blocks of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounce block cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 7 ounce jar diced pimientos well drained
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon dry ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of hot sauce (optional)
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise. This is easiest if you use an electric mixer.
  • Add in drained pimientos, green onions, ground mustard, Worcestershire sauce and a dash of hot sauce. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.
  • Finally add in shredded cheese. Stir until combined well.
  • Spread mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle top evenly with crushed Ritz crackers
  • Bake for about 18-20 minutes (on the middle rack). Do not overcook.
  • Topping should get slightly golden brown and bubbling gently around the edges. Then serve with crackers or your favorite vegetables.

Bourbon Pecan Pie Bites

Ingredients

  • 15 premade phyllo shell cups - (typically 1 package, found in the frozen dessert aisle or baking aisle)
  • ¾ cup chopped pecans - or pecan pieces
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar - or try it with dark brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons light corn syrup - (hint: spray your measuring spoon with vegetable oil before measuring to prevent sticking)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons melted unsalted butter - or vegetable oil, but I recommend butter
  • 1 teaspoon bourbon - or whiskey, any kind (skip if alcohol-free)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Optional: ¼ - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Remove premade phyllo shells from packaging and place on prepared cookie sheet. If they are frozen, let them thaw as you're preparing the pecan filling.
  • In medium mixing bowl, mix together the pecans, sugar, corn syrup, and egg until combined.
  • Add the melted butter, whiskey, and salt. Add cinnamon and vanilla extract, if using. Mix until fully combined.
  • Add about 1 teaspoon pecan filling into each phyllo shell (the amount might depend on the size of your phyllo shells).
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until mostly set. Allow to cool fully before serving, the pecan pie filling will set and thicken as it cools.

CANDIED BACON CRACKER APPETIZER

Ingredients

  • 1 package crackers Ritz Cracker
  • 8-10 slices of bacon uncooked
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • Place a wire rack onto baking see. Place crackers on wire rack. Make sure to leave a little space between crackers.
  • Slice the bacon into about 4ths. Place a piece of cut bacon on each cracker. Sprinkle top with brown sugar and a touch of pepper.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes or until brown sugar begins to melt and bacon becomes crisp.

Sausage Balls

Sausage Balls are the perfect easy appetizer made with just 4 simple ingredients - sausage, Bisquick, shredded cheddar cheese, and milk.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound sausage spicy
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  • Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl
    2 cups Bisquick,4 cups cheddar cheese,1 pound sausage,1/4 cup milk
  • Form into balls using hands or a small scoop
  • Place 2" apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly brown
