 Chocolate Peppermint Cookies

1 & 2/3 cup ap flour 1 c cocoa powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 cup butter 1 & 1/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup light brown sugar 2 large eggs 2 tsp vanilla 1 tsp peppermint 16 oz white chocolate chips 1/4 cup Peppermint crumbs Preheat oven to 350° Mix dry ingredients and set aside Cream in a mixer the butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in the flour mixture Drop by Tbls 2 inches apart and bake for 8 minutes.


Big Chocolate Chip Cookie 1 c butter 1 c brown sugar 1/2 c sugar 2 lg eggs 1 tsp vanilla 4 cups cake flour 2 Tbls cornstarch 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 2 cups chocolate chips Preheat oven to 375° Mix dry ingredients and set aside Cream in a mixer the butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in the flour mixture and finally the chocolate chips. Chill dough for 30 minutes Drop by large cookie scoop 2 inches apart and bake for 14 minutes.

  Copycat Arby’s Roast Beef Roast Beef: Thinly sliced roast beef (several slices for each sandwich you are making) Beef broth (use as much as you need to cover the amount of roast beef you have) Arby's Sauce: 1⁄2 cup ketchup 2 Tbsp brown sugar, packed 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder 1⁄2 tsp onion powder Cheese Sauce: 1 Tbsp butter 1 Tbsp flour 1 cup milk 6 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded Instructions: Bring the broth to a boil. Add in the roast beef slices. Bring back to a boil. Cover and simmer  until you’re ready to put your sandwich together.  For the sauce, mix the ingredients together in a  small bowl.
