Chicken Marsala Recipe // Abbey
Please note that this is the only recipe we canned today that is not tested. I feel safe canning this recipe as all ingredients are safe to can. 2 1/2 c chicken broth 3 lbs chicken breast, cubed 1 lb mushrooms, sliced 2 c marsala wine 6 cloves garlic 2 1/4 t salt (non iodized) 3/4 t black pepper Sear chicken in 1 tsp olive oil - I skipped this step. Add broth and boil 10 minutes. Add marsala wine, mushrooms, garlic, salt & pepper. Boil another 5 minutes. Evenly portion between 3 quart jars. Process 90 mins in the pressure canner.Seed and Sparrow Homestead

1 c mushrooms

4 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
4 tbsp worcestershire
2 tsp thyme
2 tsp parsley
2 garlic cloves
beef broth
Pulled Pork
1.5 c onion
1.5 c ketchup
1/2 c light brown sugar
1/4 c acv
2 tbsp worcestershire
2 tbsp brown mustard
2 tbsp honey
3 garlic cloves
1 4-5 lb boneless pork shoulder
