 Beef chunks, enough to fill each jar about half way

Chopped mushrooms, about one cup per jar Chopped onions, about one half cup per jar For the broth that goes over them, this is made for 4 quarts Beef Broth, 4 cups 4 tbsps of tomato paste 4 tbsps of Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp thyme 2 tsps garlic powder Mix the broth well and fill the jars to the one inch level or the bottom ring of the neck of the jar. Wipe the rims well, place the seals on the jars and then screw on the bands finger tip tight. Place the jars in a pressure canner for 90 minutes at the pressure recommended for your elevation.
