Parmesan Meatloaf
1# of ground beef 2 large eggs ¼ cup breadcrumbs ½ tsp dried basil ½ tsp dried oregano ½ tsp dried thyme ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper 2 cloves of garlic minced 1 small onion diced fine or grated ½ cup grated parmesan ½ cup tomato sauce ½ cup melty cheese for the top. This could be mozzarella or parmesan Mix all of the ingredients together except for the extra ½ cup of cheese and pat the meat mixture into a greased loaf pan. Add the cheese to the top and place into a preheated 350-degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes. It usually takes me 45 minutes to get the internal temperature of the meat to 160 degrees. Serve with whatever sides you enjoy!
