Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup graham wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 onion minced
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix equivalent to 1 package (I used a packet of Italian Dressing Mix)
  • 1 large (gallon) freezer bag or reusable silicone bag

Instructions

Assembly instructions:

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Divide and shape meat into 1/4 lb. patties. Lay flat on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper to freeze.
  • Once frozen, transfer to a large freezer bag. Remove excess air, seal and return to freezer.

Cooking instructions:

  • Cook from frozen over medium-high heat on your grill. Approximately 5-7 minutes per side. Brush with your favourite BBQ sauce!
