Taco Meatloaf (Mine)

 Ingredients:

3 lbs ground beef (RAW)

2 room temperature eggs, lightly beaten

2 - 3 Tbsp taco seasoning (*SEE RECIPE)

2 TPSN each: onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes

1/3 c Panko-style bread crumbs (I omitted for video) 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F)

1.) Mix all ingredients except meat together. 

2.) Next add meat and work all egg mix into the meat.

3.) Press meat mix into your roaster or casserole dish (Placing a small half-pint jar upside down in the middle of the pan and press meat around the jar and all the way to the edges of your dish or roaster pan will draw the grease out of your meatloaf after it is removed from the oven)

4.) Place on middle rack in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until top is browned and meat is 160 degrees (F)

5.) Allow to cool for 8-10 minutes before serving
