Watermelon Jello Steaks

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 tbsp gelatin powder

  • 4 scoops watermelon Ultima electrolyte mix (discount code: lowcarblove)

  • 4 cups boiling water 

  • Fruit to top (strawberries, lemon, blueberries)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients except for your fruit. Make sure that your water is boiling. Whisk your jello mixture together until your gelatin is dissolved.

  2. Carefully pour your jello mixture into any prepared baking dish.

  3. Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours until jello has set.

  4. Cut into blocks and enjoy!

Cherry Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds 

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ scoop cherry pomegranate Ultima electrolyte powder (discount code: lowcarblove)

  • Topping - fresh fruit (pomegranate/blueberries)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a cup, add all of your ingredients aside from your fresh fruit. Mix together and store in your fridge for an hour until your pudding has thickened

  2. Remove from the fridge when you’re ready to serve! 

  3. Top with fresh fruit and enjoy.

  • ½ tsp baking powder 

  • 1 tsp avocado oil

  • 1 egg

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a microwave safe mug, add all of your ingredients - avocado oil, egg, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and sweetener and mix. 

  2. Microwave for 90 secs in a microwave safe mug.

  3. Allow to cool and enjoy!

2 Ingredient Brownie Bites

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 cups Choczero milk chocolate chips (discount code: lowcarblove)

  • 4 large eggs (yolks and whites separated)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. 

  2. Add the chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 20 sec increments. 

  3. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. With an electric hand mixer, whisk the whites until soft peaks form.

  4. Add the egg yolks into your bowl of melted chocolate and stir to combine.

  5. Using a spatula, gently fold ⅓ of the whipped egg whites at a time into the chocolate mixture.

  6. Pour the batter into a mini muffin pan and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  7. Once the cake is cool to the touch, cut and serve! Enjoy!
