Keto French Fries // Low Carb Love

 Here is our tweak with a secret ingredient:

50g coconut flour (or 6 tbsp plus 2 tsp) 3 tsp xanthan gum 7.5 tbsp hot water 1/4-1/3 cup pre grated or pre shredded Parmesan cheese (if you want it extra crispy like me, use 1/3) After testing out the recipe many times, we found that this had the best crunch texture (super crispy on the outside and soft on the inside). It tastes just like McDonald’s fries when they’re fresh!!
