5-Ingredient Crock Pot Meals // Managin The Mays

 Crockpot Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta 

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) Bottle Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
  • 2 LBS Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Cup Milk + (additional ½ cup if needed at the end)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • ½ Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 16 oz Pasta, cooked (your favorite)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Pour the entire bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce over the chicken.
  3. Add in the milk.
  4. Add in ¼ cup of parmesan cheese.
  5. Lay the cream cheese block on top.
  6. Cook oh HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 5-6 hours.
  7. Shred the meat with two forks, or carefully shred with a hand blender.  
  8. Cook pasta according to package directions. 
  9. Pour the cooked pasta into your slow cooker. 
  10. Carefully mix with the chicken mixture. 
  11. Sprinkle your remaining parmesan over the top.
  12. Serve & Enjoy!!

Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 oz. taco seasoning (two 1-oz. packets)
  • 24 oz. jar salsa divided (this is a larger jar of salsa)

Instructions:

  • To the slow cooker pot add the chicken breast, sprinkle with the taco seasoning and pour over ½ of the jar of salsa.
  • Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 8 Hours.
  • Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and transfer the juices into a liquid measuring cup. Shred the chicken and add it back into the slow cooker pot. Mix in the other half of the salsa and ½ cup of the juices. Removing some of the juices keeps your taco shells and tortillas from getting soggy.
  • Serve with rice or in tortilla shells, enjoy!
